Return Policy

It is important to Region that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return unworn merchandise within 15 days of the shipping date. Follow the directions on the return form and include it with the merchandise for credit.

If you would like to exchange items please specify the reason for the exchange in the “Exchange Merchandise” section on the return form.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order. Below is the minimum charged per order unless otherwise stated:

• UPS^® ($7.50 and up)

• USPS Global Priority^® (International- takes 4-6 Days)
• UPS Ground^® (All 50 states and Puerto Rico- takes 1-5 Days)
• UPS Standard^® (Canada and the 48 contiguous states - based on destination)
• UPS Worldwide Expedited^SM (International- takes 2 days to Canada, 3 days to Mexico, 5 days to Europe, Asia, and Central and South America)

Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/ FPO)
We ship to APO's and FPO's, we can't leave out our Women and Men in the Armed Services! However it does take longer for your order to reach you. Please allow additional time when placing your order.

Shipping Internationally
We are happy to ship internationally. We do our best to include all taxes and fees associated with your order, however sometimes there are additional duties and taxes depending on the destination country.

Please remember that you are responsible for paying any potential duty fees that might be incurred. We mark all of our customs forms as "merchandise" and claim the actual amount of the package as required by law. If for some reason the package is returned to us, you will be credited for the order amount minus the shipping, provided the merchandise is in salable condition.
