Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Below is the minimum charged per order unless otherwise stated:

• USPS^® ($5.00 and up)
• UPS^® ($7.50 and up)

Shipping Options

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. To accommodate our customers, we offer the following shipping methods for your convenience. Please note it takes up to 48 hours to process your order and the time below reflects actual shipping time:

• USPS Priority Mail^® (All 50 states- takes 2-3 Days)
• USPS Global Priority^® (International- takes 4-6 Days)
• UPS Ground^® (All 50 states and Puerto Rico- takes 1-5 Days)
• UPS Standard^® (Canada and the 48 contiguous states - based on destination)
• UPS Worldwide Expedited^SM (International- takes 2 days to Canada, 3 days to Mexico, 5 days to Europe, Asia, and Central and South America)

Shipping to Military Addresses (APO/ FPO)

We ship to APO's and FPO's, we can't leave out our Women and Men in the Armed Services! However it does take longer for your order to reach you. Please allow additional time when placing your order.

Shipping Internationally

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do our best to include all taxes and fees associated with your order, however sometimes there are additional duties and taxes depending on the destination country.

Please remember that you are responsible for paying any potential duty fees that might be incurred. We mark all of our customs forms as "merchandise" and claim the actual amount of the package as required by law. If for some reason the package is returned to us, you will be credited for the order amount minus the shipping, provided the merchandise is in salable condition.
